We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order is marked as delivered.

Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It should be in the original packaging, with all accessories included.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue.

  • After review, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

  • In most cases, we do not require you to send the item back.

Change of Mind / Ordered Wrong Item
If you want to return an item for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “ordered the wrong color/model”:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs to the warehouse address we provide.

  • Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your request is approved and (if needed) the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show clear signs of misuse or intentional damage.

Order Not Received

  • If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipment for USA orders, contact us.

  • After checking with the carrier and supplier, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
