Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the day your order is marked as delivered.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It should be in the original packaging, with all accessories included.

You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue.

After review, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

In most cases, we do not require you to send the item back.
Change of Mind / Ordered Wrong Item
If you want to return an item for reasons such as “changed my mind” or “ordered the wrong color/model”:

You are responsible for return shipping costs to the warehouse address we provide.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Refunds

Once your request is approved and (if needed) the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that show clear signs of misuse or intentional damage.
Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipment for USA orders, contact us.

After checking with the carrier and supplier, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund.
